When I started working with Burlington Country Club, the goal was to attract a younger demographic and increase membership inquiries. I developed a full-funnel marketing strategy across content and social, building their online presence from the ground up while also supporting a website redesign and implementing a CRM system to improve how inquiries were captured and converted.

The Results:

  • 50% increase in membership inquiries (YoY)

  • Waitlist generated for intermediate membership

  • 458K+ top-performing video

  • Consistent 6–15% engagement rates

  • Social presence built from zero

Marketing Systems & Conversion

Alongside content and social strategy, I supported key marketing initiatives designed to convert interest into membership.

This included designing a monthly digital advertisement for Jersey Man Magazine (see left), aligning creative direction with the club’s positioning to attract a more targeted audience.

I also supported the club’s website redesign and implemented a HubSpot CRM system, where I developed a more structured approach to capturing inquiries, engaging leads, and tracking where potential members were in the decision process. This included designing email workflows to support follow-up and ongoing communication.
