1. Services

Mental Media LLC provides social media strategy, content creation, account management, and related marketing services. Details of your specific services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

2. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our Services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and materials.

  • Grant access to your social media accounts, platforms, or other tools as needed.

  • Respond to requests and communications in a timely manner.

Failure to provide required information or access may result in delays or suspension of services.

3. Payment Terms

  • All fees for Services will be outlined in a signed proposal or invoice.

  • Payment is due as specified in your agreement. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.

  • You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your payments.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Mental Media LLC retains ownership of all intellectual property, including methodologies, templates, and proprietary processes, used in providing the Services.

  • Content created specifically for you (e.g., graphics, captions) will be transferred to you upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

  • You grant us permission to use non-confidential examples of the work for marketing or portfolio purposes.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the course of Services. This includes passwords, analytics data, strategy documents, and any other proprietary information.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination:

  • All unpaid fees become immediately due.

  • Mental Media LLC may retain copies of work produced prior to termination for record-keeping purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mental Media LLC will make every effort to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee specific results. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mental Media LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the Services, including violations of third-party rights or applicable laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Modifications

Mental Media LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Age Requirement
